FRONT AND REAR PROXIMITY RADAR

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Disconnect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery: Removal - Refitting, page 80A-3) .
• Remove the luggage compartment floor trim (see Luggage compartment floor lining: Removal - Refitting) (71A, Body internal trim).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the connectors (1) from the parking distance control computer.
• Remove:
  • the parking distance control computer nuts (2) ,
  • the parking distance control computer.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the parking distance control computer,
  • the parking distance control computer nuts.
• Connect the parking distance control computer connectors.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the luggage compartment floor trim (see Luggage compartment floor lining: Removal - Refitting) (71A, Body internal trim).
• Connect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery: Removal - Refitting, page 80A-3) .
• In the event of replacement, carry out the necessary operations using the Diagnostic tool (see Replacement of components) (87F, Parking distance control).
