AIR CON 02

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove:
  • the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment),
  • the lower cover on the left-hand side of the centre panel (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment),
  • the A pillar air distribution duct (see 61A, Heating, A-pillar air distribution duct: Removal - Refitting, page 61A-64) .

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the connector (1) .
• Remove:
  • the bolts (2) ,
  • the distribution motor.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the distribution motor,
  • the distribution motor bolts.
• Connect the connector.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit:
  • the A pillar air distribution duct (see 61A, Heating, A-pillar air distribution duct: Removal - Refitting, page 61A-64) .
  • the lower cover on the left-hand side of the centre panel (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment),
  • the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

External temperature sensor: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• the radiator grille (see Radiator grille: Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the connector (1) .
• Unclip the external temperature sensor (2) using a flat-blade screwdriver.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the external temperature sensor.
• Connect the connector.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the radiator grille (see Radiator grille: Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment).
