REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

WARNING The strut is fitted in such a way as to prevent leaks. Note the strut's direction of fitting (position of the body and strut rod) before removing it, in order to refit the strut identically during the refitting operation.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

Non-side opening element mechanisms

  • Unclip the clips (1) without removing them.
  • Remove the struts whilst immobilising the tailgate.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING PREPARATIONS OPERATION

  • Position the clips on the tailgate strut.

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

  • Refit the tailgate strut.
    Tailgate lock: Removal - Refitting

    Tailgate exterior opening control: Removal - Refitting
