CAPACITY

DRAINING

I - DRAINING PREPARATION OPERATION

• Position the vehicle on a two-post lift.

• Remove the engine undertray.

II - DRAINING OPERATION

• Remove:
  • the drain plug (1) ,
  • the drain plug seal.
• Drain the manual gearbox.

FILLING

• Always replace the drain plug seal.
• Refit:
  • new seal on the drain plug,
  • the drain plug.
• Torque tighten the drain plug (35 N.m).
• Remove:
  • the front left-hand wheel
  • the front left-hand splash guard

• Remove:
  • the filler cap (2) ,
  • the filler cap seal.

• Fill up to the level of the opening.
• Refit:
  • the new filler cap seal,
  • the filler cap.
• Torque tighten the filler cap (35 N.m).
• Refit:
  • the front left-hand splash guard
  • the front left-hand wheel
  • the engine undertray.
