6-SPEED MANUAL GEARBOX

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Position the vehicle on a two-post lift.

• Remove the engine undertray.
• Drain the manual gearbox.
• Remove:
  • the front wheel
  • the driveshaft

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the differential output seal on the side concerned using a screwdriver.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the differential output seal on the side concerned using the tool (Bvi. 1689) (1) .

II - FINAL OPERATION

• Refit the driveshaft.
• Fill the manual gearbox with oil.
• Refit:
  • the front wheel.
  • the engine undertray.
