Renault Koleos Service Repair Manual: Rear side door fixed window: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the rear side door trim (see Rear side door trim: Removal - Refitting) (72A, Side opening element trim).
• Place the sliding window of the rear side door at the bottom of the box to remove the window bolts.

• Remove:
  • the door channel partially,
  • the fixed upright upper bolt (1) .

• Remove:
  • the window bolts (2) ,
  • the fixed upright bolts (3) ,
  • the fixed upright partially.

• Remove:
  • the sliding window (4) ,
  • the fixed upright (5) .

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove the rear side door fixed window (6) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the rear side door fixed window.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit:
  • the fixed upright,
  • the sliding window into the door box section,
  • the fixed window bolts,
  • the fixed upright bolts,
  • the fixed upright upper bolt,
  • the door channel,
  • the rear side door trim (see Rear side door trim: Removal - Refitting) (72A, Side opening element trim).
