
I - ADJUSTMENT VALUES
Note:
Measure the value unladen. Unladen means that
the fuel tank and the engine and oil coolant reservoirs
are full. The emergency spare wheel,
jack, hand tools and carpets are in place. |
II - ADJUSTMENT
- Before checking the axle assemblies on the test
bench, check the tyre inflation pressure (see 35A,
Wheels and tyres, Tyre pressure: Identification,
page 35A-8) (35A, Wheels and tyres).
1 - Camber

- If the camber exceeds the adjustment value, adjust it
using the adjusting screw (1) on the lower trailing
link (2) .
- After adjusting, torque tighten the nut on the lower
trailing link on the rear axle subframe (130N.m).
Note:
After the adjustment, remember to check the toe-in. |
2 - Toe-in

- If the toe-in exceeds the adjustment value, adjust it
using the adjusting screw (3) on the rear stub axle
carrier (4) .
- After the adjustment, torque tighten the nut of the
rear stub axle carrier (150N.m).
