Renault Koleos Service Repair Manual: Airbag computer: Removal - Refitting

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Disconnect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery: Removal - Refitting, page 80A-3) .
• Remove the centre console (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the airbag computer connectors (1) .
• Remove:
  • the airbag computer bolts (2) ,
  • the airbag computer bolt (3) ,
  • the airbag computer.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the airbag computer,
  • the airbag computer bolt,
  • the bolts from the airbag computer.
• Torque tighten:
  • the airbag computer bolt (3) (7 N.m),
  • the airbag computer bolts (2) (25 N.m),
• Connect the airbag computer connectors.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the centre console (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).
• Connect the battery (see 80A, Battery, Battery: Removal - Refitting, page 80A-3) .
