REMOVAL

OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Press the clips (1) on both sides while turning the windscreen wiper blade in the direction of the arrow (2) .
• Remove the windscreen wiper blade.

REFITTING

REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the windscreen wiper blade on the end (3) of the wiper arm.
• Clip the windscreen wiper blade onto the windscreen wiper arm.

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Switch on the ignition.

• Turn the wiper switch stalk from (0) to (1), and then from (1) to (0).
• Switch off the ignition.
• Mark the position of the wiper arms for the refitting operation.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove:
  • the covers from the screen wiper arm nuts,
  • the nuts (1) from the screen wiper arm.

• Remove the wiper arm using the (Ele. 1865) (2) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION

• Clean the screen wiper arm mounting to prevent the nut from coming loose.

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Switch on the ignition.

• Turn the wiper switch stalk from (0) to (1), and then from (1) to (0).
• Switch off the ignition.
• Refit:
  • the wiper arm in the position marked before removal,
  • the wiper arm nut.
• Torque tighten the windscreen wiper arm nut24 (N.m).
• Refit the wiper arm nut cover.
