CRUISE CONTROL

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the centre front panel side trim (1) .

• Remove the plate (2) from the gear lever (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

• Remove:
  • the centre front panel lower covers (3) on both sides,
  • the glovebox (see Glovebox: Removal - Refitting) ( 57A, Interior equipment),
  • the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment).

• Remove:
  • the centre front panel side trims (4) on both sides,
  • the CD multi-changer (see 86A, Radio, CD changer: Removal - Refitting, page 86A-14) ,
  • the radio (see 86A, Radio, Radio: Removal - Refitting, page 86A-4) .

• Remove:
  • the starter control panel bolts (5) ,
  • the starter control panel.
• Disconnect the connectors.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Unclip the switch clips (6) .
• Remove the switch.

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit the switch on the control panel.
• Connect the connectors.
• Refit:
  • the starter control panel,
  • the starter control panel bolts.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit:
  • the radio (see 86A, Radio, Radio: Removal - Refitting, page 86A-4) ,
  • the CD multi-changer (see 86A, Radio, CD changer: Removal - Refitting, page 86A-14) ,
  • the centre front panel side trims on both sides,
  • the dashboard lower cover on the driver's side (see Dashboard: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment),
  • the glovebox (see Glovebox: Removal - Refitting) ( 57A, Interior equipment),
  • the centre front panel lower covers on both sides,
  • the gear lever plate (see Centre console: Removal - Refitting) (57A, Interior equipment),
  • the centre front panel side trim.
