STRIPPING

I - STRIPPING PREPARATION OPERATION

• Remove the front bumper (see 55A, Exterior protection, Front bumper: Removal - Refitting, page 55A-1) .

II - STRIPPING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Remove:
  • the front bumper grilles (1) ,
  • the proximity radars (depending on the equipment level) (see Proximity radar: Removal - Refitting) (87F, Parking distance control),
  • the front bumper wiring,
  • the headlight washer jet (depending on the equipment level) (see Headlight washer jet: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping - Washing),
  • the headlight washer pipe,
  • the front fog light (see Front fog light: Removal - Refitting) (80B, Headlights).

REBUILDING

I - REBUILDING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the front fog light (see Front fog light: Removal - Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
  • the headlight washer pipe,
  • the headlight washer jet (depending on the equipment level) (see Headlight washer jet: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping - Washing),
  • the front bumper wiring,
  • the proximity radars (depending on the equipment level) (see Proximity radar: Removal - Refitting) (87F, Parking distance control),
  • the front bumper grilles (1) .

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the front bumper (see 55A, Exterior protection, Front bumper: Removal - Refitting, page 55A-1) .
