REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Position the vehicle on a two-post lift .
• Remove the engine cover.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove:
  • the bolt (1) from the air resonator,
  • the oil vapour rebreathing pipe clip (2) .
• Disconnect the oil vapour rebreathing pipe.

• Loosen the air resonator clip (3) on the air inlet duct.
• Remove the air resonator (4) on the rocker cover.

• Loosen the clips (5) of the air inlet duct on the air filter unit and on the throttle valve.
• Remove the air inlet duct (6) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the air inlet duct (6) ,
  • the air inlet duct clips (5) .
• Torque tighten the air inlet duct clips (6 N.m) on the air filter unit and on the throttle valve.
• Refit the air resonator on the rocker cover.
• Tighten the air resonator clip (3) on the air inlet duct.
• Connect the oil vapour rebreathing pipe.
• Refit:
  • the oil vapour rebreathing pipe clip (2) ,
  • the air resonator bolt (1) .
• Torque tighten the air resonator bolt (6 N.m).

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the engine cover.
