ELECTRICAL SUNROOF + FIXED REAR SECTION

Non-side opening element mechanisms

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

Half-open the sunroof mobile panel.
Remove the sunroof deflector (see 52A, Non-side opening element mechanisms, Sunroof deflector: Removal - Refitting, page 52A-13) (Non-side opening element mechanisms).

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

Remove:
- the bolt (2) from the rear of the sunroof mobile panel,
- the sunroof mobile panel (this operation requires two people).

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

Note: When removing and refitting the sunroof mobile panel, coat the bolts with a small amount of Frenbloc.

When replacing the sunroof mobile panel, replace the bolts with the bolts supplied with the sunroof mobile panel.

Lubricate the linkages and rail mechanisms.
Refit the sunroof mobile panel (this operation requires two people).
Torque tighten:
- the sunroof mobile panel front bolts (5.6 N.m),
- the sunroof mobile panel rear bolt (5.6 N.m).

II - FINAL OPERATION.

Refit the sunroof deflector (see 52A, Non-side opening element mechanisms, Sunroof deflector: Removal - Refitting, page 52A-13) (Non-side opening element mechanisms).
