6-SPEED AUTOMATIC GEARBOX

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Shift the gear lever to Neutral.
• Disconnect the battery.
• Remove:
  • the air inlet sleeve.
  • the engine cover.

• Remove the turbocharger hose clip (1) .
• Disconnect the turbocharger hose (2) .

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the automatic transmission computer connector (3) .
• Remove:
  • the automatic transmission computer nuts (4) ,
  • the automatic transmission computer (5) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the automatic transmission computer,
  • the automatic transmission computer nuts.
• Torque tighten the automatic transmission computer nuts (6 N.m).
• Connect the automatic transmission computer connector.

II - FINAL OPERATION

• Refit:
  • the turbocharger hose,
  • the turbocharger hose clip,
  • the engine cover,
  • the air inlet sleeve.
• Connect the battery.

FK0 or FK8

REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Shift the gear lever to Neutral.
• Remove:
  • the battery.
  • the battery tray.

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Remove:
  • the automatic transmission computer bolt (1) ,
  • the automatic transmission computer nut (2) ,
  • the automatic transmission computer (3) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the automatic transmission computer,
  • the automatic transmission computer bolt,
  • the automatic transmission computer nut.
• Torque tighten:
  • the automatic transmission computer bolt (6 N.m),
  • the automatic transmission computer nut (6 N.m).

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit:
  • the battery tray.
  • the battery.
