REMOVAL

I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION

• Position the vehicle on a two-post lift.
• Disconnect the battery.
• Remove the air inlet sleeve .

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED

• Disconnect the injection computer connectors (1) .
• Remove:
  • the air resonator sleeve (2) ,
  • the nut (3) of the injection computer,
  • the bolt (4) of the injection computer,
  • the injection computer (5) .

REFITTING

I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED

• Refit:
  • the injection computer,
  • the bolt of the injection computer,
  • the nut of the injection computer.
• Torque tighten:
  • the bolt of the injection computer (7 N.m),
  • the nut of the injection computer (7 N.m).
• Refit the air resonator sleeve.
• Connect the injection computer connectors.

II - FINAL OPERATION.

• Refit the air intake sleeve.
• Connect the battery.
• Perform the programming of the injection computer using the Diagnostic tool.
